How can FeedStation understand my data?

Our platform was built to understand the data and formats you already use. You don't have to change your data or convert it into another format for FeedStation. Additionally, your reports can be delivered in any format that makes sense to you.

Can FeedStation create new listings for me?

Yes, we can create new listings by aggregating data across sources. We can work with catalog/data solutions in PIES/ACES format and make listings per each marketplace's specifications. When listings need some special attention, we have a powerful, dynamic content delivery system that can create custom images on-the-fly. We can perform a one-time product load or manage listings as part of your monthly service contract.

How often does FeedStation make updates?

FeedStation makes updates continuously. Around-the-clock change detection is built in, and every time changes are found, they are analyzed and processed automatically. If updates are required, they're sent out as soon as possible, which keeps the information on your marketplaces up to date.

Can you connect with the inventory of all of my suppliers?

In most cases, yes. We can work with suppliers who supply data in any formats and/or make their data via a web login. Our team will work directly with your suppliers to find the best way to pull accurate updates and publish these changes across marketplaces and shopping carts. We can also expire inventory feeds that have not received an update (at your preference).

How does order routing work?

FeedStation works closely with your team to understand priorities and preferences for order routing. Because our system in constantly assessing price and availability, we can route orders to the most profitable supplier, or put the order on hold for you to review.

Can you manage kits and bundles?

Yes, both for listing, updates, and orders. We will work with your team to define kit mapping. If you work with suppliers, we can pull inventory of each individual child item and route orders based on profitability and client preferences.

Yes, FeedStation can connect and communicate with many services and endpoints. We'll just need to know some technical details first and we'll help you figure it out.

When and how does FeedStation charge for service?

We charge your credit card for monthly service on the first of each month. We prorate the first monthly payment based on the solution's go-live date. Annual rate plans are charged on the solution's go-live date.

Yes! We can also push this into a destination of choice, but all of this is visible within the FeedStation app. We can also setup alerts to notify you if an order has not shipped over a specific timeframe (defined by you).

Yes! These can be sent in your desired format with whatever information you require. This can be printed or emailed manually, or automatically sent to the vendor per the rules you define.

Can you work with my ERP?

In most cases, yes. FeedStation's custom integrations allow companies to connect their entire technology stack, including ERPs, in-house databases, and antiquated back-office systems. There are rare occasions when we cannot establish a direct integration due to limitations on proprietary technology. In this case, we will work with your team to establish the best possible workaround.
